1. Non-Refundable Payments
All fees paid for services are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all bookings, including deception detection tests, polygraph tests, consultations, and related services. By confirming your appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Late Arrivals and Notice Requirements
A 30-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If a client anticipates being late, they must notify the Company as soon as possible, preferably twelve (12) hours before the scheduled start time.
• If no notice is received and the client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and forfeited.
• Advance notice does not guarantee the session can still be accommodated, and rescheduling may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
3. Rescheduling Missed Appointments
Clients who miss a scheduled session may be permitted to reschedule the appointment up to two (2) times, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling must be arranged directly with the Company, either by phone or email, at the earliest possible convenience, preferably within seventy-two (72) hours of the missed appointment.
• If both rescheduled sessions are missed, the service will be forfeited in full, along with all associated fees.
• Any additional sessions must be booked and paid for as new appointments.
4. Service Interruptions
If a session is interrupted due to technical issues (e.g., power loss or equipment failure) or client non-compliance (e.g., refusal to follow instructions or disruptive behavior), the Company may pause or discontinue the session.
• Where appropriate, a maximum of two reschedule opportunities may be offered, subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued for incomplete or interrupted sessions.
5. Session Abandonment
If a client leaves a session prematurely without valid cause or refuses to complete the process once it has begun, the session will be considered abandoned.
• Abandoned sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
• Any future services must be booked and paid for as new appointments.
6. Emergency Exceptions
In the event of a genuine emergency (e.g., medical crisis, family emergency), the Company may consider rescheduling requests outside the standard policy, at its sole discretion.
• Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation.
• Approval of such exceptions is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Non-Transferability of Appointments
All booked sessions are non-transferable. Appointments must be attended by the individual listed in the original booking. If that person is unable to attend, the session cannot be reassigned. A new appointment must be scheduled and paid for separately.
8. Client Acknowledgment
By scheduling and paying for a session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
